Fees for services will be communicated clearly prior to engagement. We operate on fixed, transparent pricing — no hourly surprises. Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement.
Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services and withholding of completed work product until outstanding balances are settled.
All financial and personal information shared with Alexander & Associates is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.
While we strive to minimize your tax liability and ensure full compliance, Alexander & Associates makes no guarantees regarding specific tax refunds, savings, or outcomes. Tax laws are subject to change and individual results may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexander & Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
